Produces malt of a high quality, out of domestic barley of European selections and supplies it to more than 80 brewing plants in Russia and abroad to Latin America, Africa, CIS, Southeast Asia.
The infrastructure of Avangard-Agro-Trade Holding’s malt plants is highly developed – up-to-date automated elevators for barley and malt storage, efficient systems of acceptance, cleaning, sorting of barley; independent railways and road accesses, water supply systems, waste disposal plants, boiler rooms, transformer substations (up to 80% of the energy input is produced by own power plants).

Plants of Avangard-Agro-Trade are equipped with the modern efficient equipment; all technological processes are automated.

Plant set in operation and constantly upgrades the Quality Management System (QMS), securing production efficiency and high quality of the product.
The Quality Management System is certified in accordance with the requirements of FSSC 22000, version 5 (Food Safety System Certification) for food safety, which is confirmed by the SGS certificate.
The production laboratory of the plant is equipped with modern equipment for analyzing barley and malt using the MEBAK and ANALYTIKA EBC systems, and is part of the system of ring comparison analysis.
